Customer Review Summary
Food at reasonable prices is the main draw, with the Sunday roast beef called tasty and quick to arrive, and the small bites section described as just enough for one diner. Close behind are the beach views from the conservatory and outdoor seating, the arcade, and a good selection of beers, with friendly staff mentioned repeatedly. Reviewers also note a pool table, games for kids, dog friendliness, karaoke and a very clean venue that can get very busy. The complaints are specific. One diner found the turkey Sunday roast dry, with a collapsed Yorkshire pudding and little seasoning. One reviewer describes the steep hill and four steps near the side entrance as a risk, saying a family member had a nasty accident there. Another reports that staff showed no understanding or empathy toward disabled customers. Two reviewers close on the same practical point, that the loyalty card brings 10% off.
