“We had lunch at this restaurant KURDISTAN CHARCOAL GRILL today. Unfortunately, after my husband started eating, he found a hair in the food. When we informed the staff, they took the plate away and replaced only the salad. When we spoke to the person in charge to ask for a refund, he only reimbursed us for the cost of the single plate containing the hair; he ignored us in a terrible manner and behaved unacceptably. For this reason, we consider it the worst restaurant on London Road—lacking proper service, ethics, and cleanliness.”
