  “Hands down the best falafel we have ever tasted! Everything is remarkable—from the falafel itself to the hummus, salads, sides, and dips. We first visited in 2021 and were blown away then; we returned to Sheffield today and the quality is just as amazing. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Falafel King to anyone looking for an authentic, delicious experience.”

  “Came recommended by a friend. On entering, the small cafe (about 5 indoor tables and 2 outdoor), I was immediately struck by the clean premises and friendly welcome. Efficient service of generous delicious healthy wraps. Choice of vegan (falafel, aubergine, spicy potato) vegetarian (halloumi or egg) or meat (chicken tandoori ) fillings along with traditional salad, pink turnip slices and choice of sauces. Great value and the real Egyptian deal! The cafe had a steady stream of customers for eat in and takeaway. I would definitely visit again when in Sheffield.”

  “One of my favourite places in Sheffield for a quick bite. Extremely tasty falafel, generous portions and the tandoori chicken is excellent. The staff are also extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, providing recommendations. The trick is to go for the small size wraps, which are more than filling. I would suggest even only one main ingredient is necessary, resulting in a more-than-filling wrap for only £5. The cash-only gig is slightly annoying bit I’m more than happy to put up with that for the great food. This place certainly deserves 5 stars.”

  “Without a doubt the best falafel wrap you can get in Sheffield. Love the salad here, I basically get everything. You can get falafel with a wide range of different ingredients. My favourite is falafel with spicy potato but the falafel with aubergine is also delicious. The staff are so lovely and the service is very quick. I never know what sauce to get but their sauce recommendations always turn out perfect 🤩 There’a a few small tables to sit down but I think most people usually take their wraps out. Decor is kind of eclectic which ends up feeling really sort of authentically Egyptian😭🫶 Honestly love this place, imo they’ve perfected their recipe and menu and I hope it never changes :3”

  “Great lunch stop off joint if you fancy something different. The queues are out the door most of the time. I went for the Chicken and Spicy Potato, and a Falafel and Halloumi large wrap. I also ordered a portion of meat samosas. All the staff are super friendly and despite being busy busy, still took the time out to chat to every customer. The gentleman manning the till was literally flying around allover the shop. Was impressive to watch! The wraps were amazing…. The sauces we added were, Chilli, mint and Tahini. The large option will have you well and truly stuffed. The samosas weren't great if I’m honest. They were tiny and made of filo pastry, not of proper pastry as shown on their own menu board. If I’d known they were filo, I’d not have ordered them. Their great service and expectional wraps made up for the samosa.”
