“I’ve been forgetting to update my previous review, please accept my apologies. Their pizzas are amazing, they have vegan options, gluten free options and even Vegan and Gluten free at the same time which is rare on takeaways to find and be as delicious as fulfilling as this is. It is labelled as plant based right? Be aware that of course there can be some cross contamination as they also cook other things but then again is usually expected in general right? Years as a client of them, in this specific branch, have gave me the chance to notice: Papa Johns Pizza App is the best option to order, wether for collection or delivery, the App seems to bypass their Papa Johns Pizza back and forth payment failure where clients can get charge for an order that their system doesn’t compute (then you can contact this local branch via phone call or/and with you own bank directly, it would take a few days for the money to be returned to your bank account. I don’t recommend to automatically assume it would be returned without letting them know just in case). I haven’t tried to contact Papa Johns Pizza directly instead of this local branch the several times that payment issue happened to me because I’ve assume it would be potentially costly if is a phone call, or/and taken way too much time navigating the bureaucracy of waiting them to pass the message to themselves to solving it (which is usually the standard issue with services in general isn’t it?). I am not good remembering names, my apologies. One of the staff members who is usually on the front receiving people and giving orders as well as making pizzas too, he is one of their most understanding, kind people one can find in the food industry. And he also usually picks up the phone when you call to them. Thank you very much I hope you enjoy your job cause you really are good at it even with annoying clients frustration over website payment failures. 🙈😃 They also have friendly delivery drivers (if for some reason it is not delivered by third parties such as Uber which sorry not sorry usually seem to be too stressed out / busy / in a hurry to be more friendly most of the time). I take out one star out five stars because of the website payment issue and also one day I’ve seen in person there where some flies around which is a bit unpleasant to see on a food chain place but it would probably be just the hot weather? It was in summer 2026.”

“Absolutely loved my experience at Papa John’s! 🍕 The pizza was incredibly fresh, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor in every bite. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft inside—and the cheese was just the right amount. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. A big shoutout to Linga and Abhay for their excellent service—they were friendly, quick, and made the experience even better. Definitely one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend if you’re craving something delicious!”

“I’ve tried every major pizza chain, but Papa Johns consistently stays at the top of my list for one reason: quality you can actually taste. ### 🎨 The Masterpiece: The Crust The star of the show is undeniably the Original Hand-Tossed Dough. Unlike other places where the crust feels like an afterthought or "cardboard-y," Papa Johns’ dough is pillowy, slightly sweet, and has that perfect "chew." It tastes fresh-baked every single time.🤝👍”

“Papa John’s never disappoints! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with generous toppings and a perfectly baked crust. The sauce had great flavor, and the cheese was nicely melted without being greasy. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time, and the staff were friendly and professional. Great value for money and definitely one of my go-to places when I’m craving pizza. Would happily order again!”

“Don't order from here. You're basically got a 50/50 chance of getting the wrong items and with the new Stuart delivery service, there's a very good chance your food will turn up cold and looking like this. Called and explained to the manager that this happened. He called me back 40 minutes later and suggested that he couldn't refund my order and that i should call a help line to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never order from here again.”

“Staff refused to refund my card after making the wrong pizza, I’ve tried to explain over the phone, he purposely put the phone down, when I came to collect the pizza, he was on his mobile phone, did not knowledge me for 5 minutes. Since all the attempts failed, I did asked to speak with the manager, so I could explain the issue. But he also refused to bring the manager… I felt treated by this employee, he was agressive and really rude, it all happened on Saturday 4th February at 15:20… really poor service…”
