“Staff were very rude on arrival took a while to serve and she said the wait time would be a few minutes, the wait was a lot longer for two meals ordered. Food wasn’t the best either chips were hard and cold. No sort of apology for the long wait was made and females servers were very inconsiderate. Either teach them how to deal with customers in an appropriate manner or remove them from front of house all together, would be doing everyone a favour 👍”

“Lady over the phone is the most disgusting, rudest and cockiest person. She blamed me for her incompetence and lack of listening, and she told me I was in the wrong when she placed my order wrong. I repeated my order multiple times and yet she still chose not to listen and lie saying I was in the wrong. Terrible experience, would give 0 if I could.”

“Absolutely appalling service. I paid by card and went home, only to be called back and told my payment didn’t go through because of a contactless limit. I knew I had the funds, but I drove all the way back anyway. Instead of an apology for the inconvenience and my food going cold, the staff gave me a massive attitude and started screaming at me. They eventually told me to get out of the shop! They wasted my time and fuel, then treated me like a criminal. Total joke, save your money and go elsewhere.”

“I haven't ordered from here for years, tonight I decided I was going to treat myself for the order to not even turn up! I ordered from their app and luckily was paying cash, so not having to deal with a refund. Looks like its a bowl of cereal instead 🙈 I definitely won't order ever again”

“I recently ordered from Prime Pizza Rotherham and honestly I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were completely kind and polite both over the phone and when I went into the shop – they made me feel really welcome and took their time to make sure everything was right with my order. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The food was just as amazing as the service – fresh, hot, and full of flavour, with generous toppings and perfectly cooked pizza. Everything tasted spot on and was great value for money. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting quality food and friendly service.”

“Special Offer B, all of this for £19.00! Had the fried chicken from here a few times, up there with the best chicken I’ve eaten🤩 the rest of the menu is just as good🤤 pizza is Mexican Heat, not too hot at all as someone who doesn’t normally do chilli’s. Would definitely recommend🐰💛”
