Customer Review Summary
Pasta is the main draw, with reviewers singling out the Pesto Al Verde, a fettuccine with pesto, garlic, white wine and cream that one diner calls the creamiest pasta they have had, and a carbonara described as beautiful. The focaccia comes close behind, pillowy soft with a crisp outside, served with olive oil and sweet balsamic. A pistachio tiramisu and other puddings also earn praise, and portions are called good. Diners describe a warm, relaxed room that is not so noisy that conversation suffers, and a party of six reports never waiting long. Staff are called friendly, knowledgeable and proud of the food. The one practical caution comes from a reviewer who notes the restaurant is cash only, which they say is worth knowing in advance. Several mention the specials board, which staff describe in detail, and one family says the team accommodated their toddler generously.

“I would say that this is some of the best Italian food I have had anywhere since I returned from Italy a couple of years ago. I thought the prices were reasonable for the quality of food we had. My family chose a range of dishes and we were all delighted.”

“Second time here. I normally don't go to pasta places, thinking I can cook these myself but the pasta is amazing here. Staff are knowledgeable and very proud of their food, they should be. Great puddings as well. A great place to sit and have meals with friends as not so noisy that you can't hear yourself, unlike some other restaurants”
