Customer Review Summary
Chicken satay is the dish reviewers name most, with one saying the satay tastes soooo good and another ordering it in a meal for five alongside pork ribs and beef and cashew nuts. Close behind are the large salt and pepper box, the special curry, Singapore vermicelli and salt and chilli chips. Several praise fast service and a friendly, helpful front desk, and one reviewer says the receptionist helped them choose around their allergies. The criticism is specific, though. Two reviewers found the food tasteless or lacking freshness, one describing a prawn dish with about three prawns and loads of veg for a table of seven. Another reports a busy line on repeated calls, and being cut off after about ten seconds when someone answered. One reviewer with coeliac disease says they were told a dish was gluten free when it was not. Even so, one diner says the large salt and pepper box could feed the whole street.

“Everytime I phone them the line is busy and when they pick up they don't talk and then end the call after about 10 seconds I have called now so many times I can't count I have called multiple times a day over the past few weeks when they can fix this I might order again I also always tip £5 for excellent service but never again.”

“Very hit and miss these days, food is lacking flavour and does not seem very fresh. Not as good as it used to be, other nearby Asian takeaways are consistently good, here it is speed over quality. Also does not take card which I find very strange these days. I will avoid from now on.”

“Very disappointed. The food was rather tastless, there were 7 of us, with a mixture of different dishes. A prawn dish had about 3 prawns with loads of veg, disappointing. We won't be returning.”

“The girl on reception was really helpful, I think her name was Ola. She helped me with my allergies and helped me pick out something. I never went to this takeaway before but after how helpful she was I'd never go anywhere else again.”
