About Cup A Cabana
Cup A Cabana is a small cafe and breakfast restaurant at 12 Dane Rd in Seaford, a 2-minute walk from Seaford station. That makes it a convenient stop for travellers arriving by train, including walkers setting out on the Seven Sisters hike. Breakfast anchors the menu, with a full English and a vegetarian English breakfast. A jacket potato with cheese and salad is also on offer. The owner and staff take orders and bring hot meals to the tables. A noticeboard in the cafe advertises alternative therapies.

Customer Review Summary
Breakfast draws most reviewers, with the full English at the center, in meat and vegetarian versions, described as well cooked and tasty. Close behind are a child's jacket potato with cheese and salad, sourdough toast with jam, and a flat white with oat milk, though one reviewer wished for a better leaf tea selection. Diners repeatedly describe a warm welcome and friendly service from an owner and staff who move from table to table, and several call the prices reasonable. Sitting outside in the sunshine earns praise, and the spot's short walk from the train station and its position on the way to the Seven Sisters hike come up more than once. It is small and often busy, and one reviewer says booking may be needed. The one sharply negative account says a woman asked a party to leave for ordering only coffee and that the owner did nothing. Parents of a young boy single out staff who were kind and warm with him, and another diner recalls a bowl of water brought out for their Chihuahua.

“Friendly staff, Good coffee, room decorated with style, sourdough toast with jam, a flat white with oatmilk (Moma barista). My only additional wish would be some classy leaf teas, but it's a café not a salon de thé. Oh, and a great noticeboard with miscellaneous alternative therapies advertised. That's Seaford for you.”

“homely cafe nestled in the heart of seaford (2 mins walk from the train station!) the kind owner buzzed around from table to table taking orders and delivering hot meals straight from the kitchen. great atmosphere! food and drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. had a happy breakfast here before heading off to hike seven sisters~”

“We spent a few days in Seaford with our little boy Elio, and Cup A Cabana quickly became one of the loveliest parts of our mornings. Barbara and Lauren were absolutely wonderful with him — so kind, warm and attentive — and he is still talking about them now that we are back home. Beyond the lovely breakfasts, what we will really remember is the sunshine they brought to our stay. Thank you both for being such genuinely beautiful, caring people. You made our mornings in Seaford feel very special, and we will definitely remember you with a big smile.”
