“We visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch yesterday as it was recommended by family member. The food was excellent and the restaurant was delightful. But it would been nice for the member of staff who served us to put a smile on her face and perhaps showed an interest in our visit. I believe all customers should be made to feel good so we’ll stick to other places in the future! Only takes one person to spoil the experience! Great place though.”

Annoyingly my devices kept disconnecting from Wi-Fi which meant that I ended up using more data than anticipated. Sadly the restaurant was closed so we had to travel around 5 minutes by car to the nearest restaurants.”

“Held my 70th birthday celebration at San Pietro and from initial contact to the morning after breakfast everything was excellent. Everyone said how good the served buffet was with quality food nicely presented and portions that satisfied all of my guests. Shauna who handled the pre-event and Mel who was our host for the evening function always handled our questions professionally. We had two rooms and my guests had another four. The rooms are comfortable and well presented.”

“A dreadful experience: we knew the reception was unmanned after 10pm but were assured we would receive a video explaining how to get into the hotel or receive help from the staff at the restaurant. Neither happened. The video was never received despite making two chasing calls during the day; no-one was manning reception (expected), no one was available from the restaurant to support and no one responded to our calls to the out of hours contact number for well over an hour. This litany of failures forced us to drive 30 minutes at midnight to an emergency stay at a budget hotel in Doncaster. The whole San Pietro hotel experience was awful with no follow up to explain why this happened or to compensate us for the inconvenience and stress caused so late at night.”
