  “I was really disappointed with my recent breakfast order from Pret A Manger via Uber Eats. The sandwich I received looked nothing like what I expected. It had noticeably less filling and looked poorly prepared. As I was at work, I had no choice but to eat it. To make sure this wasn't just a one-off expectation, my friend visited a different Pret branch the following day and bought exactly the same breakfast sandwich. The difference was shocking. The one purchased in store was much fuller, with significantly more egg, bacon and sausage, and was much better presented. I understand there can be small variations when food is prepared by hand, but this was far beyond a normal difference. Customers ordering through Uber Eats should receive the same quality and value as customers buying in store. Sadly, Uber Eats declined to offer any resolution, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope Pret investigates this because I have always expected much better from the brand.”

  “Pret A Manger Media City — the coffee is consistently great and perfect for a quick stop. Service is fast and reliable, and the overall vibe is easy and convenient. The pistachio loaf cake is absolutely amazing and definitely the standout drink. A solid place for a quick coffee break.”

  “I have been to the Pret in İstanbul and others in Manchester but not in this Salford quays branch.. Not good service at all. They didn't understand the order nor did they care. We didn't get what we ordered, it was no where close to the images and descriptions of the drinks. The staff and vibe was unfriendly and drinks were watery and not flavoured. Toilets are not in good condition.”

  “went in today. told to take the dog out as "all dogs are unhygenic". When noted that assistance dogs are allowed in pret, i was met with " only with proof your disabled" Awfully rude & very poorly trained or educated staff who need to check the equality act 2010 before telling people to provide proof of disabilities”

  “Rude staff. We had been there less than 10 minutes when they came over and said we are closed now. In other words get out pls. Happy to take our money though. Any decently trained customer facing staff would just have waited a few minutes until we left. Wrong closure time was advertised on website. Poor attitude from both staff and also smirking. Won’t be going back.”

  “A standard Pret but this one is a bit special because of the exceptionally kind and professional staff. They are always friendly even when the place is busy over lunch time and manage to keep smiling while working very efficiently. Even if the queue is out of the door you never have to wait very long. I've been coming here for 10 years and it's been consistently good in all that time. Thank you again!”

  “Very unpleasant experience. Was waiting for the toilets and a staff worker came out of the cubicle I was about to go into. Walked in and there was excrement all over the toilet seat and in the sink , was absolutely horrified and almost threw up. Was so disgusted that I had to clean it myself , when I went to the counter to complain I was told I was a liar and had to leave immediately , I paid for a flat white and I didn’t even get to drink it. Wouldn’t come here in a rush again.”

  “In walk through Media City most days and often stop here to meet my neighbours for a coffee. Pret is very popular in the mornings and there is often a long queue however the staff are very friendly and efficient so I never have to wait long. There is seating inside and outside with beautiful views of the park and canal. There is a tram stop nearby also and the very pretty Blue Peter Garden. There is a monthly subscription you can get where you pay a fee and can have several coffees every day but i haven’t fully explored that. Might be worth looking in to if you’re a regular. Thanks for reading”
