“I recently visited this Subway location and had a very disappointing experience. My order was prepared incorrectly, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, the staff member did remake it but was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. The unprofessional behavior made the entire visit uncomfortable. I’ve attached a photo showing how the order was supposed to look when remade. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service moving forward.”

“Just ordered delivery as got home late snd hadn't eaten yet. Ordered a 6 inch meatball with tomato snd Cucumber for me snd whatever my partner Ordered. Only for it to arrive and the staff decided to put red onion and red peppers on which I didn't order as I don't like. Disgusting absolutely a waste of money! Won't be ordering again 😡”

“I have never visited this site before until a couple of weeks ago. I went there quite late but everything was in stock , which is not a case for some subways. On entry a dark skin male staff member ( perhaps a manager or supervisor) has greeted me and told me I will be served shorty. Staff member , young white male who served me was really nice and polite. I was offered for my footlong to be wrapped into 2 separate halfs due to different salad items, was offered bag and given napkins which is not often a case anymore but which should be a standard, without asking for it. Additionally what was really positively surprise for me , when one customer noticed I had a small scratch on my leg to which staff member immediately offered me a plaster. My first visit and I definitely recommend this store . Thank you to both staff members having a great customer service and actually caring for their customers. I wish this was my local branch.”
