  “Called to book a loose perm and trim, made an appointment for the next week. Price was £150 even though treatwell says £70 for a perm and £37 for a cut. On arrival there was nobody in the salon aware of my booking. Nobody explained to me in English what was happening, was just told to take a seat. When I was eventually sat in the chair I explained to the lady I wanted a loose perm and showed pictures - I wasn't sure she understood but others in the salon kindly confirmed the perm would be loose as they had used large rollers. I'd read online that the solution should be left in for less time for loose curls - I was left in the chair for over 30 minutes whilst staff were on their phones again nobody explaining the process. The manager kept coming in and out for photo opportunities - which I did not consent to. When they asked at the end of they could take photos I said no, they said they would "just not film my face". Did not seem professional at all. As expected, perm was not loose and they still tried to charge me £150 even though I had not had a trim (changed my mind as the curls were already too tight and didn't want to lose more length!) She then said it was £140, so prices do not make sense. They asked for feedback and I of course told them the curls were very tight -- have been advised my staff that they will drop but I'm not sure they will. I also received absolutely no after care advice which I think is poor. Would not recommend this salon and won't be returning myself”

  “I visited Darya’s Touch Unisex hair & Beauty today and had such a lovely experience. ❤️ Everyone was so kind, friendly, and professional, and the service was excellent .   “We had such a lovely experience today! Darya did a fabulous job cutting both of my daughters’ hair. She was so friendly, patient, and made them feel completely at ease. Their hair looks amazing, and they were both so happy with the results. All of the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we walked in, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you to Darya and the whole team for making my daughters feel so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this salon! ❤️”

  “The entire experience was wonderful. Dia is incredibly skilled and took her time to make sure every step was perfect and that I was happy with my nails. The end result was beautiful, and she gave great advice on what would work best for my nails and how to care for them. She’s also such a genuinely lovely person.   “Absolutely obsessed with my nails every single time I go to Shadi. The attention to detail is unreal and she always manages to bring my ideas to life, even when I turn up with a random mix of inspiration photos. Every set feels creative, unique and so well finished. I constantly get compliments on them. Not only is her nail art amazing, but the quality and retention are brilliant too. My nails always last really well and still look good weeks later. She’s also so lovely and welcoming which makes the whole appointment such a nice experience. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else now. If you want detailed nail art, beautiful designs and someone who really cares about their work, Shadi is the best 🤍”

  “This was my sixth visit to the salon, and once again, I had an amazing experience. Elina was absolutely lovely; she made my hair look just like the picture I showed her and paid great attention to every detail to ensure it was perfect when blow drying my hair honestly I was blown away with how she made my hair look! . Darya’s hair cutting skills and precision are out of this world she gave me a perfect butterfly fringe and trimmed my hair and took her time to get every detail right. The whole team is incredibly skilled, and their level of expertise truly stands out. They touched up my roots flawlessly and toned my hair beautifully. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The staff are also very hospitable they offered tea and coffee upon arrival and made me feel completely at ease. What I especially appreciate is how attentive they are. They really listen to every request and make sure you’re happy with the result. As someone who wears a hijab, I also love that they provide a privacy barrier it makes me feel so comfortable and respected. Overall, it’s by far the best salon experience I’ve had.   “Got my hair done today at daryas by shiva and she did an amazing job! My hair before had all tones of orange and yellow and was blocky! Was suppose to be a balayage but the previous hairdress from another salon had ruined my hair! Told shiva what I wanted and she did exactly that! Didn’t think ash/silver tone would be achieveable on my hair as it was sooo brassy! But shiva worked her magic and I’m obsessed with my hair!!! Highly recommend the service was great from start to finish from the whole team really lovely! Thank u so much for making my hair look amazing x Tanya x”

  “Visited today for the first time and what a lovely place. Greeted well on arrival and offered a coffee, staff were polite and professional. I had the lovely Dia! I had a biab french manicure and so happy with the results. Dia checked in throughout to ensuren I was happy with every step. Would highly reccomend. I was also witness to a very rude costomer and the staff dealt with it with so much professionalism. Shows costomer service is an important element of darya's Booked for hair!”
