  “I attended the salon yesterday with several dark areas/copper tones/greys to my very thick/coarse hair, trying to be realistic about what could be achieved in one visit. I did not think it was in anyway possible, but I left the salon with a beautifully natural ashy blonde thanks to Chloe! No brassiness in sight! The salon is clean, spacious and in a good location. I was in the chair for just over 5 hours and several people including stylist and apprentices assisted throughout my visit. Each person took the time to make me feel welcome despite what I can imagine was quite a gruelling and complex task. A lot of staff came over to see what a great job Chloe had done, and it was nice to have so many people invested in the outcome of my appointment. I took a big risk trying somewhere new only 3 months before my wedding, and I cannot tell you how glad I am that I did. I had a little cry in the chair before I left as I just felt so much more confident than I did whenever I first walked in. Thank you all again for your hard work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
