  “Woah! This place is absolutely fantastic. Crispy fish as big as a man’s arm…chips enough to feed Dad’s Army; why would you go anywhere else? Seriously, it’s soooo good. I’ve lived in the UK for 6 years and this is my first time having proper fish and chips. I feel I should write the Home Office to let them know. Someone tell his Majesty. He’s going to want some when he returns from Babylon.”

  “Best fish and chips that we have had in a long time! Thank you Star Fish Bar! Ordered 3 x regular fish and chips yesterday evening. This is the second time that we have done so after visiting Rugby. Absolutely fantastic freshesly cooked fish. Good portion of chips too. Lovely friendly Staff, will definitely be coming back to you when we are visiting Rugby.”

  “Staff always very polite and friendly, whether in person or when you call to order. Also, they have vegetarian options which they cook in separate oil, that is much appreciated. I love the veggie burger…..😋😋😋😋😋😋 …”

  “Friday night chippy was on the cards for me & my son. Fish & chips, were spot on abundance of chips, fish had golden batter, which was great. Ordered pie and chips from specials menu @ £5.50 however for the price I was surprised how few chips came with the meal. Pie was fine.”

  “Excellent food! Best kebab in rugby. Only negative was delivery quality, driver left outside the door without knocking or letting know, partner opened the door and she just looked back and pointed to the floor and walked away.”

  “Premises looked clean, bright and spotless. Pleasant service. Ordered just chips, which were served straight from the fryer, pale golden in colour, cooked to perfection and tasted good. Very little oil on the paper when unwrapped, hardly any of usual lingering chip shop smell so presumably the oil had not long been changed.”
