  “Usually busy and have had a few times during peak where I have had to wait for a table but I don’t mind a wait. Decent places surrounding if you do have to wait for a table. Never had a problem with the food or service decent Nando’s”

  “Not the normal Nandos experience we have come to expect. We was sat near the soft drinks dispenser which was very busy area then a couple of the butterfly chicken breasts were very tough and difficult to eat. Overall a poor experience not the usual Nandos quality at all, staff didn't seem that bothered either.”

  “I gave 3* for food because the chicken was so bland even though we requested extra hot spice🔥the chips wasn't hot temperature wise but the rice was which we appreciated. Atmosphere was OK as we went close to closing time and was not busy. Staff was pleasant enough. Restaurant was clean aswell.”

  “When we arrived (as a table of 3) we could see how busy it was and thought we might not get a table. The young lady seating people advised us there was a 15 minute wait and asked us if we wanted our names on the list and we eagerly said yes. Less than 10 minutes later we were seated on a an 8 person table with sauces down the middle, which we didn’t mind at all. Despite the staff being run off their feet, they were smiling, attentive and professional. Our food arrived within a very acceptable timeframe. (There were a lot of people in the kitchen) The food: Oh My Goodness probably some of the tastiest Nando’s food we have eaten in a long time. Thank you to the staff for their hard work x So happy and hungry I didn’t even take pictures this time.”

  “So I have visited a few nandos in my time and never had many issues and this time was no exception two times I have been to nandos in rugby and both times the food is up to standard, the vegetarian options are perfect, beanie wrap with pineapple gives it that extra juiciness for that softer texture I always crave and hint of sweet whilst not being unhealthy .... for price and quality can never go wrong with nandos! If you had a doubt, dont! Go eat, enjoy 😉”

  “Fancied a cheeky Nando's so popped into the one at Ruby. We got there just before 12.30 and there was plenty of seating, started to fill up quick around 1pm . The app was very easy to use and there's table service if people struggle. Staff were all very friendly and had a good quick service. Would recommend the new loaded fries to share , they were yummy 😋”

  “We stumbled upon this Nando's after a day out, and it turned out to be one of the nicest ones I've been to! The restaurant was clean and well-managed, which immediately put us at ease. The service was good, with staff who seemed attentive and friendly. But the real highlight was the food - it was wonderful and tasty, just as you'd expect from Nando's. The flavors were spot on, and everything we tried was delicious. The location is great too, making it easy to drop in for a meal. Plus, parking isn't an issue, which is always a bonus. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and I'd definitely come back here again. If you're looking for a reliable Nando's with good food, nice ambiance, and hassle-free parking, this one's a great choice. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a tasty peri-peri meal.”

  “Nando’s in Rugby is always a great experience. The food is consistently good, and on the rare occasion something isn’t quite right, the staff are quick to sort it out with no fuss. The general manager is especially helpful and clearly takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. Great food, great service, every time!”

  “This Nando’s is on brand, food was good and staff were friendly. The ice cream machine gave up halfway through lunchtime and the toilets didn’t seem like they were checked regularly (the huge paper roll was just put on the side and not in the dispenser). However it was a particularly busy weekend shift with a whole birthday party booked in also. Overall, great place to stop if at the retail park.”

  “First time visiting this branch, can't fault the experience. Social distancing measures well in place, full table service, staff were helpful and friendly as you'd expect. The food itself came out piping hot, great portions and generally couldn't fault it. Location is great and there's plenty of car parking as its on a retail park. Would definitely visit this branch again!”
