  “After 65 minutes, the food arrived. My two companions enjoyed their meals but I wondered why my meal was served on a plate. Apart from the very limp salad, my meal should have been served in an urn. It was cremated beyond resuscitation but after the protracted wait, I ate it and stayed schtum. The bill was very reasonable but a visit to the toilets found both male and female to be in a poor state. The place boasts it was voted best in 25-26. Maybe they mean the best restaurant in Bretford but that would stretch the truth and there's no other eating house in Bretford.”

  “We recently hired the restaurant for our joint birthday celebration with around 40 guests, and we honestly couldn't have been happier with our choice. From the moment we booked right through to the day itself, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. Having the use of the outside patio area for pre-drinks and cutting our birthday cake was a lovely bonus and made the afternoon even more special. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection – our guests are still talking about how good it was! The whole event ran so smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy celebrating with our family and friends. It really was a wonderful day from start to finish. A huge thank you to Iffty and his fantastic team for all your hard work and for helping to create such special memories. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion”

  “Excellent indian food, polite and attentive waiting, good atmosphere and competitive pricing and wide ranging choice. In some ways I am less keen to rate this restaurant as it means I am less likely to get a table when I want one. If you desire a fantastic curry then Queens is the place to go”
