“Goodies is baddie if you are hungry. Wanted large chips, was told there's only one size, turns out that size is small. £3.50 for about 15 chips is outrageous, never come away from a chippy knowing I'll still be hungry after a portion of sausage and chips.... Really wound me up, usually the one thing a chippy is generous with is the chips, potatoes aren't that expensive! They weren't even above average for the price, I won't be back.”

“One of the best fried pieces of fish I have had in a long time !! Popped in here for an ad hoc lunch. I was served by Debbie and Chris. I have to say that the seasoning on that fish was absolutely perfect. The fish itself had a beautiful flavour, very fresh! Chips the nice with a little crunch and there was very little oil left in the paper. Friendly service, 100% I will buy here again. Well done!! £11.40 sounded high for a medium cod and chips, quality and flavour matched the price!!”
