“We tried Arya after reading about its national award in the Watford Observer. What a disappointment! The sauces were unnaturally bright yellow and red, with no noticeable chilli heat or depth of flavour. One curry was sickly sweet, the daal was equally unappealing, and the lamb was so tough we couldn’t cut through it. Even adding our own chillies couldn’t rescue the meal. Everything went in the bin. This wasn’t simply a question of preferring hotter curries. The excessive sweetness, tough meat and lack of flavour made the meal impossible for us to enjoy. A complete waste of money and food. We felt badly let down after the award coverage had raised our expectations. Based on this experience, we would not order again or recommend it!”

“Recently re opened with a refresh the interior which is really modern and welcoming. Very friendly staff, most importantly the food was excellent, we had two main dishes, two side dishes, Naan and drinks and the bill was very reasonable ! Will 100% be returning in the future! Thanks :)”
