  “Me and the hubby went today for our first ever Nando’s 😊 wasn’t really sure what all the fuss was about if I’m honest. 🙃 Lovely young girl called Amy helped us, bless her had the ring in her nose like all the kids do. She was ever so patient explaining it all as we hadn’t got a clue what to order. Told us what was nice and she wasn’t wrong, really enjoyed it in the end. Not often you get such nice young people these days but she was an absolute credit to the place. We said thank you but don’t think we thanked her enough. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully she’s in again. 5 stars from us xx”

  “Had a lovely meal this evening with some friends. Food was incredible and fast service. Staff friendly and accommodating! Usually go to Shirley but definitely prefer it here more relaxed vibes !”

  “We are long-standing visitors to Nandos and really enjoy the food and service. I particularly like the 'Plainish' chicken which is not plain at all and has just the right amount of flavour for me. Others in my family like the hotter flavours. All the food is excellent and the staff are efficient and friendly. Wish they did coffee though.”

  “Staff member was rude and dismissive during what should have been a simple correction. We ordered peri-peri fries via the app but were served plain fries. Not a big issue at all — mistakes happen. We politely mentioned it to the waitress, who immediately insisted the order was for plain fries and said, “I can get you some peri salt if it means that much to you.” I explained that we had definitely ordered peri fries and offered to show the order confirmation email. She didn’t even look and just laughed and repeated that she’d bring some peri salt. She then returned, dropped the salt on the table without saying anything further, and walked off. The issue wasn’t the fries — it was the attitude. Being spoken to as if we were making something up, and then dismissed when we showed proof of what we’d ordered, was unnecessary and unpleasant. The food itself was nice and exactly what we expected from Nando’s — just a shame the service experience let the visit down.”

  “Had a lovely meal here last week. There was a 20minute wait on my food but the staff offered us a free starter for the inconvenience. The staff were very friendly kept us up to date with the progress of our food. Will definitely come again!”

  “We came here for a special celebration, as Nando's is normally impressive for both the food and the consistency of the experience. Sadly, this visit was a real letdown. I had the half chicken, which had clearly been sitting on the warmer for a long time before being thrown back on the grill. It was completely dry, all the skin had burnt off, and someone had tried to disguise it by brushing sauce over the top. The burnt bitter taste had penetrated right through the meat. The chips were slightly overdone but just about edible. I didn't want to make a scene on the night and embarrass the people I was with, so I didn't send it back but I really should have. I had high hopes for the ice cream, especially given the "extra cold" branding on the bowls. It wasn't cold at all but more like milk that's been half-frozen, full of large ice crystals, with an overpowering fake vanilla flavour. It was barely possible to finish a single spoonful, let alone a whole bowl. "Bottomless" doesn't mean much when no one would want seconds. To top it off, the drink fountain had run out of Dr Pepper. Nando's is usually a safe bet, but this branch really dropped the ball. Think twice before choosing this one.”

  “When getting ready for a table, we asked the server for one of the two empty round booth’s as we were a party or four. We were told no because she wanted to save that for parties of 5 or 6. There was already a party of three in one of the taken booths. and she then seated a party of three and one of four in the round booths after we had been given a smaller table! There was always at least one free booth the whole time we were there so she could have done the decent thing instead of cramming us on a small table!! Poor table service given that the meal cost 85 pounds….i will spend my money some where else next time.”

  “Easily one of the best Nando’s experiences I’ve had. The food may be simple in style, but when it’s done right, it hits differently. The chicken was perfectly cooked—juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with that signature flame-grilled flavor. Even with a busy service, the staff were on top of everything—friendly, efficient, and bringing great energy to the place. A special shoutout to the girl who mainly served us—she was an absolute vibe (I think her name was Em). Super attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and even took a moment to compliment my rings. Small things like that make a big difference. If every Nando’s ran like this one, I’d be here every week, and this is the only Nando’s I make sure to hit when back around this year art of the UK.”

  “Well from the moment we walked in we was really looked after by the staff and was shown to a table of our choice we had our baby with us who happily slept the whole time. Once we looked at the menu we ordered and didn’t have to wait long at all. The food was amazing and delicious and a large amount too. Burgers was too die for and the wings was incredibly tasty. Hummus was lovely and tasty. All in all it was a great experience and will be visiting again very soon. Hats off to the staff as the restaurant was very clean and busy. 5 stars.”
