Customer Review Summary
The breakfasts draw the most repeated praise, with reviewers calling them a longstanding favourite alongside the paninis, jacket potatoes, and lunch sandwiches ordered for work. Close behind, several single out the drinks and treats, from a well liked latte and hot chocolate with granola bar to a newer Supper Club Indian menu, with one reviewer praising the chicken balti, biryani, and naan ordered as takeaway. Many describe the cafe as family run and welcoming, with one regular recalling a staff member remembering their takeaway order and accommodating a delayed booking. Against this, a recurring complaint surfaces around inconsistency: one diner paid sixteen pounds for what they called a poor quality breakfast, with cutlery and a side arriving late despite reminders to the waiter. Another reports a child's fish and chips tasting oversalted and smelling of overused oil, leaving most of it uneaten. These experiences sit apart from the otherwise consistent praise for the food and the staff's friendliness.

“I’ve been going here for years now, the food is always amazing and the service is incredible. It’s family owned and they are absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts are amazing as are the paninis and jacket potatoes and everything really! If I could eat here every day I would, I’d be fat but very happy. I can’t think of a single fault of this place, the foods amazing and so are the people”

“Overpriced , poor food quality , and waiter wasn’t up to scratch paid £16 for a pretty bad breakfast we had to wait for cutlery after the food had arrived and the extra that was ordered with the breakfast didn’t arrive until we had finished this is dispute the fact we reminded the waiter a couple of times wasn’t a good experience avoid and go elsewhere”
