  “I like going to the Ori Cafe as it has a nice atmospher. it's a nice place to meet our friends for catch ups. They all work so hard and are helpful & friendly. Sometimes you might have to wait a while but that is only because it's busy, no problem for me.”

  “The Ori Cafe is lovely & friendly. My husband & I normally go in for coffee on our own or to meet our friends.....sometimes we have something to eat. There is a new manager there who is so friendly & welcomes every one. I find the staff are also very nice & helpful......they all work so hard. I sometimes have some cake which are lovely but I would like to see some cheaper ones. It is definitely our go to place for coffee”

  “Very disappointing sandwiches, Tuna melt with mozzarella and pickled onions, not really toasted and not very tasty either. And a Tricolore sandwich, no butter, looked a bit past its best. I thought it would be better in John Lewis”

  “While the food was good for fairness, the service was below expectations. The drink served by the lady were left at the edge of the table rather than being properly served. The gentleman who served the food was respectful and seemed knowledgeable. However, the overall quality of service could be improved.”

  “ORI Café is a lovely place to relax and enjoy great food. The croissant is absolutely divine — soft, buttery, and melts in your mouth like you’re on a cloud, with a perfectly crisp, crusty outside. There’s a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options, along with delicious desserts, sweets, and a great selection of drinks. The staff provide very friendly and personal service, making the experience even better. With plenty of comfortable seating areas, it’s a perfect spot to unwind while shopping.☕🥐”

  “I've been to Ori cafe twice in the last month, and both times one staff member has ruined the atmosphere with her very loud voice. She seems to have no awareness that she is shouting, which may be for a reason of course, and it's quite awkward because she is clearly the person in charge so I wasn't able to have a (quiet) word with the manager to let them know. I tried to find an email address for the head office but there isn't one, so I'm left with Google reviews to pass on my experience. I'm here now and she is shouting about the contents of the fridge and whether one of the other staff members wants to take some home, for us all to hear. She also conducted an interview for a potential new staff member at one of the tables in the cafe, asking him personal questions, such as why he wanted to move from his current job, within earshot of all the customers, which seems a hugely unprofessional and inappropriate place to interview someone. The food and coffee I had both times was lovely, and I chose the venue as it is a bit out of the way and should be a quieter sanctuary amongst the maelstrom of the shopping centre, but sadly this just left me stressed and irritated. I hope she reads this review, and knows that it is left with the best intentions - a little quieter and this cafe would be perfect.”

  “The food is over priced for the quality you get. While the Greek salad was good, the £8 salmon bagel has seen better days - the bagel was stale, and it didn't appear to be made on the day. The staff try to be nice but can come across as patronising.”

  “Lovely staff. Lovely food - we had the mango and passion fruit cake - mmmmm! And the Iced Caramel Lattes were the perfect thing for a hot Thursday afternoon! Oh - the staff were lovely by the way! Thank you Ori Caffe!! Xx”
