  “Ordered chicken strips and the staff started laughing amongst themselves saying chicken strips for a chicken nugget and I was so embarrassed, I didn't know how to react... I should have asked for my money back and said I don't want your cheap white meat. Because that's what they were calling me. I am absolutely disgusted.”

  “taking mick didnt even deliever my food just chips. rude as well bot answering phone after ring them 20 times. they answer when i ring tgem of different numbers and then hang up and dont answer when i ring again. rude and robbing gits £25 to get £7 of my order awful will be contacting police after this and reading these reviews”

  “Marc mister stud here , perfect food for the scat hammock. The mix I got on after this caused a poonami in my local area . Can't wait for my next visit in the way home after the blue Oyster bar .”

  “Service and food is absolutely disgusting. Will be in contact with the Preston council in regards to this issue. Please see the image with hair on the burger. This is the second time this has happened. Money was refunded. Expect a visit from the hygiene officer.”

  “DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My order arrived 2 hours late. I rang the store...They didn't care. Eventually the food arrived. The food - especially the fries for EACH meal was overcooked and burnt. Solid as a rock and cold too. I.contacted the store again....They didn't care and said "go speak to Just Eat". As we all know that's a cop out because it's like trying to get blood out of a stone. That is still pending. Woke up today and have been in and out the loo all day. I'm going to contact FSA. Total waste of money and feel awful.”

  “Ordered through Just Eat, we have ordered from here on multiple occasions however this time the 3 of us have got food poisoning from here, my son being very unwell with it so unfortuately wont be ordering again. Also giving out bottles of pepsi with a best before date of July 2025 in April 2026.”

  “We have faced a worst situation with one of the driver he named him self as owner feroz bhai. He came to my home and banged the door with a heavy sound as i feel’s like he broke the door. Because there is kid in the house and a pregnant women who have woke up all of sudden and got shock for thats sounds. I have asked the reason to bang the door and why not to ring the mobile he said need to pay £1.00 for phone call. I don’t know which service he is using if in that case restaurant have to mention that its extra charge for the call. This is the worst experience i have faced ever for the chesters.”

  “The fries were burnt and soaked in grease. They probably sat in the basket for a long time, waiting to be heated. I don't think it's worth eating at Chester's while on Riblleton, as there's a Firehouse just 50 meters away, which I highly recommend.”

  “Cheap and cheerful! Chester’s Chicken hits the spot when you’re after a quick, tasty bite without breaking the bank. Nothing fancy, but solid for the price.”

  “If you could award 0 stars then this is very fitting for this so called food establishment. Not one bit of hygiene between the staff, scratching there face and beard before starting food. I should of left at that point but my pregnant Mrs wanted a chicken burger so I waited. We got home and she was the first to have her food. Picture provided. I called them up as I live 15 mins from Chesters and told them that I wouldn't be eating the food and what was wrong with it and that I wanted a refund they said on the phone it was OK to come the day after. So I did I came and politely asked for my refund they said where is the food? I told them I had spoken to him on the phone and that they said come the nect day for a refund he said I can't give you a refund if you don't give me the food back.. Now I won't cry over £29 however the service hygiene and food is all below standards. Avoid Avoid Avoid.”
