“Prices have gone ridiculously high. £4 for a regular chips is absurd and should not be the standard. Prices have almost doubled from what they were 1/2 years ago. Stopped ordering from there after their 5th price increase in 6 months.”

“Found PLASTIC in my food and I asked for a replacement or refund and they said no to both absolutely appalling. They eventually gave me a refund however I won’t be going again. This is usually my go to spot however it’s clear the staff have changed and they do not care.”

“I've been getting food from Fresh n Fast for the past three years, and I've honestly always had a really good experience with them. The customer service is great and the food quality never disappoints. My favourites have to be the Caribbean boneless with Jamaican rice and the Mexican chicken with half and half. Their salads are always fresh too, and everything just tastes really good overall. I'd definitely recommend giving this takeaway a try.”

“Ordered on deliveroo. One meal missing so I rang the takeaway, they began talking to each other in their own language. Asked for my order number. Then they put the phone down. I rang back numerous times but they didn’t answer. Very poor customer service. However I got my refund back via deliveroo thankfully. Been here many times over the past 5 years, but it’s drastically gone down hill, especially staff attitude towards customers. Won’t be returning after today. Also the garlic bread, is garlic.. slapped onto a slice of bread. It looked vile it went into the bin immediately”
