“Order food for me and my nana they got the order wrong when I phoned to say that it was wrong the woman was very rude very unprofessional and tried to tell me that when you ask for sweet and sour chicken and fried rice it is chicken balls an sweet and sour sauce I worked in a Chinese before when someone asks for sweet and sour chicken it’s is actual chicken not chicken balls and they never gave us rice either If I could give 0 stars I would food is shit the service is terrible and woman hung the phone up on me absolute disgrace of a place”

“I don't know why I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt. It states on their website delivery is up to an hour but with it being a Chinese you expect a little longer. 2 and a half hours and I'm still waiting even after the shop told me half an hour ago that the driver had left and was already on his way....from where? Glasgow?? I ordered it at 6.30pm (not even a huge or difficult order), it's now 9pm and it's just arrived and is cold! Had to stick it in the microwave. That was the last time I used this place and it was always great years ago. It's gone right downhill and the chicken is either chewy or cold and you'll wait at least 2 hours for the privilege. Definitely would not recommend this place at all.”

There was a lady who served us not great she didn’t give any option or not pleasant enough to serve customers.”

“So Rice is hands down the best Chinese takeaway in Port Glasgow. They had some teething problems when they first opened but they've all been swept away. The food is delicious, deliveries are usually pretty quick and the pricing is fair. You can't go wrong with a So Rice”
