Customer Review Summary
Curry sauce draws the most complaints, described as gloopy and separated, watery, or like glue, and it often arrives with fried rice that reviewers call stodgy, overcooked, cold, or very salty. Several say the boxes are mostly chips, with a salt and pepper box holding two chicken balls, two ribs and a few battered chunks of chicken. Others find fried rice short on egg, soy sauce, ham, peas and prawns, and one says the special fried rice had no prawns at all. Delivery is another recurring complaint, with long waits, a delivery charge one reviewer found steep, and a phone call that promised ten minutes before the order was even started. One reviewer reports that the chicken satay starter was raw and slimy, and the replacement took a further long wait. A few praise the food as tasty, and one likes the quick arrivals and the sweet and sour sauce. One reviewer says the watery king prawn with green peppers and the vinegary, greasy pancake rolls were met with no attempt to put things right.

“So very disappointed with the food tonight £30 on a meal isn't that cheap anymore. Wasn't even edible the king prawn green peppers was watery and spicy. The pancake rolls tasted of vinegar full of grease. Used to be so much better but now.😷 thought I'd give this chinese another shot and definitely just as disappointed if not more this time. Food didn't taste the way it should have wouldn't waste your time or your money as they don't even try to rectify the situation.😷😒”

“Food is nice no doubt, in recently and ordered a chicken fried rice bowl full of rice, not much egg thru it, zero soya sauce thru it, and maybe 10 small chicken strips and a dash of gravy on top. For £7.50 I'd have expected more proteins or garnish. Wheres the ham, peas, spring onion that most other places serving the same food do?”
