Customer Review Summary
Pizza is the order reviewers mention most, usually as a late-evening takeaway when other shops in Pitlochry were closed. Several say it was ready when they arrived. Chicken tikka draws split reactions: one diner calls it succulent and authentically spiced, while another found it not fresh, with identical pieces and no skewer marks. A burger is described as big, and one reviewer praises the chips and cheese and the chili sauce. The main complaint is inconsistency on takeaway orders. One late-night pizza was severely undercooked, with raw vegetables on top, and was not edible once the diners reached their hotel. One reviewer reports staff taking phone orders and handling the card machine, then making wraps without washing hands or using gloves. Others describe friendly, helpful staff and a small shop stocked with snacks, chocolate, biscuits and groceries. One family ordered pizza after their son broke his arm and found it ready at exactly the time they requested.

“We wanted a simple dinner and Khan Baba was recommended to us by the receptionist at Blair Atholl Distillery. It was a short drive from our hotel with plenty of side street parking. The food was ready for pickup when we arrived. My friend dropped my order on the floor but the container held on. We also stocked up on snacks and candies from the shop. The food was good.”

“It was late, we were on the A9 heading home but 4 hours to go. We arrived at 9.00pm and this really popular food stop was in full flow with locals collecting their orders. We ordered a pizza, 2 burgers and a chicken tikka with salad. It was all cooked to order, and ready in no time. The chicken Tikka was excellent, succulent and authentic spiced. All very enjoyable and worth the detour into Pitlochry.”

“I like this shop . I went looking for snacks, was in a munchies mood....got some nice chocolate, a bottle of water and biscuits . The staff was friendly and very helpful. I think it is great that you could buy a pizza if you were hungry as most other shops were closed in Pitlochry. Will go here again .”
