  “I ordered from uber eats the chips were not fresh at all tasted like they had been reheated then sent to me. THE WRAP WAS REALLY REALLY SALTY. When asked for a refund it was refused on uber eats. Kept asking for pictures, of food i had chucked in the bin but i managed to take a picture of the chips before i threw them away last night. What a stupid thing to ask for why would anyone keep last nights food especially if it wasnt edible at all??”

  “Tried to call up the restaurant to make an enquiry about some of the items on the menu owing to my dietary requirements / allergies, the person on the phone answered, said hello, i said i’d like to ask about the menu and they hung up. I called back again, again they said hello and then instantly hung up after hearing me. I thought maybe there was an issue with my phone line so called one more time but this time they didn’t answer at all so were purposefully ignoring me. Absolutely shocking service”

  “I got the ultimate Nashville box. And I’ll be honest – it was terrible. This place just isn’t the best and the food isn’t all that great for the price that you pay (I paid like £26 which is insane). I ordered via delivery and when I got the food, it was very cold. The Nashville mozzarella square doesn’t taste that good and the burger filling is lacklustre. I didn’t even get 10 pieces of shrimp; they just threw like 3–4 in the box, and to top it all off I didn’t even get a drink, so I had to go thru the hassle of contacting Uber for a refund which I didn’t even end up getting (I did phone up the store but the guy who picked up said that he did put a drink in there and it may have been the delivery driver who didn’t give it to me). I’ll be honest, if you want to try something new and you’ve got a lot of money to spend then by all means try Wingtrapp, but if you’re looking for best value and taste then you’ll be better off going somewhere else. Some of the dips are good, like the comeback sauce, but the ranch is terrible, which is really surprising. I got Texas BBQ Nashville flavour for the burger and I didn’t even taste any BBQ – it’s all a bit of a mess tbh with you. The 2-piece tenders are genuinely dry and crack when you bite into them. The only good thing about my meal was the taste of the shrimp – it really did taste good (if only I got the full 10 rather than a couple of pinches) – but that’s the only positive; the rest is pretty poor. I even forgot to mention the bread – it’s literally just a single slice of sweet white bread. To be fair, it did taste sweet, but apart from that and the shrimp, that’s it. (I don’t even wanna bother talking about the loaded fries – u can already tell that it’s not worth ur time). All in all, a straight 2/5. (No disrespect to the workers tho – it must have been a bad day)”

  “WingTrapp is a great halal spot for anyone who loves chicken. They offer a wide variety of dishes, but my personal favourite is the boneless chicken with chilli mango sauce. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and heat. Their wraps are also delicious. You get good value for money here, and the car park is quite large, which makes visiting easy. It’s an excellent choice for a late-night snack given their opening hours. My only suggestion would be to lower the minimum order threshold on apps to under £10 to make it easier for smaller orders.”

  “I ordered the combo box and overall it was quite tasty. The Nashville spice was a bit heavy for my liking and slightly overpowering, so it could definitely be toned down. The chicken fillet was very thin and not to my liking at all That said, the tenders were better. The wait time was around 20 minutes, which was reasonable as it was prepared fresh for me. Overall there are other Nashville places in the area if that’s what you’re looking for.”

  “Really small fast food place and sometimes you can’t even get a seat. The food has been mostly poor every time I’ve gone, from garlic mayo that’s running and gone off, to barely warm burger to even ice cold chips 😂. I’ve probably spend more of my life waiting for the food than their lettuce spending being fresh.”

  “Avoid avoid avoid. Waited 2 hours for my food and when it came, the seasoning tasted bitter and disgusting and was SMOTHERED on the lack of chips. It was cold and stale and DRY. Never review food but this was awful.”

  “One of the best places to get wings in Nottingham. Love the Sticky Thai Honey and Dry lemon pepper and not been disappointed yet. Be careful when ordering on the app as wings literally mean wings and better to get the mixed wings and drums. Plenty of meat on the drums. Always check for discounts!! Either way the prices are reasonable. Side note: Not sure why all the wings come with chips but hey! Not sure about the dip sauces but that's personal preference. Would recommend and will be returning.”

  “Tried this place out while in Nottingham for the day. Got the wings in few different sauces. The strawberry cheesecake milkshake was nice and thick and went down nicely with the wings. Also got the churros which were a perfect ending. Would definitely recommend.”

  “Loved the food! 1. Tried their loaded fries and they were 🤌 so good! 2. They have burgers, boneless and wing options for chicken and even vegan options for meals. 3. Try their shakes, you wouldn't regret it! 4. Lastly, the staff is nice and welcoming. They gave me a few minutes to let me decide my order and even helped me pick out a suitable sauce 🤗 (They have 15% off on all days for students and NHS workers!!!) Happy Fooding 💟”
