  “Wow wow wow! Yesterday I finally reached Tasty Willows after hearing about their food for a long time. The food did not disappoint, absolutely scrumptious, the ingredients tasted fresh, the rice and peas was the best I’ve had outside of carnival. This food taste like it’s cooked with love, something the other Caribbean food shops lost a long time ago. I had a medium Ox-tail meal with rice and peas. There was plenty of carrots and butter beans, just how I like it. Nice quality oxtail meat with really good ratio of meat to fattyness on it. Best yard food I’ve had for years and years. The dumplings were so fluffy and fresh. Still can’t believe I’ve missed out this long. Keep doing what you’re doing because the food fire 🔥”

  “Sorry Tasty Willows…I came out hoping to get some good oxtail and white rice, but it was tastless. It looked like it was in curry mutton gravy. It was inedible. It looked unappetising from the counter. That should have told me to get down to Radford ends. The dumplings and butter bean disintegrated into the mush with one poke of the fork. The white rice looked and tasted like old rice cooked from Monday. As soon as i walked in and saw the decor, confusing walls and mismatched seating and the apathy from staff i should have left.”

  “Great food. I hadn't been here before but had been told about it. The team behind the counter were friendly and helpful, giving me options and letting me know I could mix and match. The food was fantastic and I will be going back. All priced well for the portion sizes.”

  “Just got in with 4x soup, 4x festival and 2x mutton and rice. The food is so good, one meal is not enough. Haven't tasted better, since moving up from London a few years ago. Staff are almost as nice as the food... Cannot find a fault - except for them not being around the corner from my house. A couple of soups have already been demolished. If their food was in the Mary Poppins movie, it would be scrumdiliocious!”

  “Brought my bag for life for transportation purposes only - 'they' don't sell this quality of cuisine. Back from Tasty Willows with Chicken, Curried Mutton and Fish. Hong Kong Phooey would say more than 'FAN-RIFFIC', if his baxide was about to devour this portion of chicken right now...”
