“Came here during lunch time, several customers inside but served promptly. Menu is easy and simple to read. Went for the lunch box which consists of a strip burger, 1 wing, 1 chicken strip, fries and a drink. Inside was spacious with plenty of seating. My order was ready in 10 minutes. Crispy freshly made fries and good taste in the chicken. Overall happy & impressed.”

“Got the drip burger. Food tasted great. Only issue was kitchen staff don't read the receipt properly and made the order wrong. Only realised when I got home and had yo go all the way back to get it corrected. I will try them again and upgrade the rating I have given if they don't make the same mistake again.”

“I truly enjoy the food you serve—it is absolutely delicious and consistently tasty, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. During my visit, I encountered issues with both service and cleanliness. The table I intended to use was visibly dirty with food residue. When I politely asked a staff member—who was free and standing nearby at the reception—to have it cleaned, I was dismissively told to move to another table instead. In addition to this incident, I have previously encountered an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from customer service. At the time, I chose not to raise a complaint, assuming I may have misjudged the situation. However, this recent experience has reinforced those concerns. As a customer, I find this level of service disappointing. Cleanliness, professionalism, and attentiveness should be basic priorities. While the food remains excellent, the overall service experience does not currently reflect the same standard. I hope these concerns are addressed so the establishment can match its high food quality with equally high service standards.”
