“Had a birthday celebration here 31/9 and we were greeted very warmly and led to our table our server Mustafa was amazing he got everything correct and was extremely friendly and very funny and lovely to joke around with, many thanks to Mustafa and the rest of the waiters and chefs for accommodating us it was an amazing experience. “Food was what was expected for Bella Italia. Was prompt and tasty. But had been concerned wouldn’t get a table on a bank holiday but our server Chelsea went over and above to get me and my hungry small kids seated! She was kind, courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks :-)”

“Although Bella Italia Riverside's own website states "walk ins are always welcome" when we turned up yesterday at around 7pm we were curly informed by the young man that walk ins aren't accepted on Saturday evenings. The huge restaurant was half empty. This was very disappointing as we have eaten at other far busier Bella Italias several times without prior booking and have always had a really good experience.”
