  “I’m really impressed. This is my first time here. I got the crispy chilli beef and lemon chicken and the house rice. All very fresh, very clean and very tasty. The chicken and the chilli beef were lovely and crunchy. Nicely seasoned without the overpowering saltines of some takeaways. I will definitely be coming back here it’s really well done. Friendly Staff and other customers too.”

  “Disappointed by my experience today. I ordered for collection and paid £30 for a £23 order, but I was only given £2 in change. By the time I got home and realized I was £5 short, I called the restaurant. They simply told me they tallied the till and it was correct. It’s highly frustrating, and while I should have checked my change at the counter, it leaves a very bad impression. Either the till procedure is flawed, or an employee is pocketing the cash. Buyers beware.”

  “Hands down the best Chinese takeaway around. We’ve tried plenty of others over the years, but nothing ever matches the quality and consistency here. Every meal is fresh, full of flavour, and always exactly what you hope for. What really makes this place stand out though is the service. The team are so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets it right every single time, but they absolutely do. It’s become our go-to without question — reliable, delicious, and run by genuinely lovely people. Highly recommended!”

  “I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 10 years, and honestly, they are in a league of their own. Not once in all that time have I had a bad experience — every single order has been spot on, without exception. On the rare occasions they’ve been closed and I’ve tried other places, nothing has ever come close. It just makes you realise how consistently amazing they are. The food is always outstanding, the service is flawless, and the staff are genuinely some of the kindest people you could meet. They’re such a lovely family — always polite, welcoming, and they even take the time to say hello when you see them out and about. You don’t just get great food here — you get genuine care, consistency, and quality that’s incredibly rare to find. I couldn’t recommend them more highly Please don’t ever go anywhere, I look forward to every single order 😀💖”

  “I’m pretty sure I’ve been ordering from here longer than some relationships last — and unlike most things in life, they have never let me down. Over the years I’ve tried other Chinese takeaways (usually when they’re closed… tragic times), and every single time it just confirms one thing: nowhere else even comes close. It’s actually a bit of a disappointment ordering anywhere else now. The food is consistently spot on, the orders are always right (which feels like a miracle these days), and the service is genuinely top tier. The staff are brilliant — always friendly, always welcoming, and just really lovely people. At this point, it’s not even a takeaway choice… it’s a life decision. Safe to say, I’m a customer for life!”

  “Coming in to this place I expected just ur typical Chinese, But no a blast of friendliness entered the atmosphere as I was greeted by a friendly smile, a place decorated with Chinese tradition. The chicken balls we’re extremely flavourful, the spring rolls and Chips we’re extremely delightful all in all I greatly recommend this Chinese definitely the best place to eat in Norwich.”

  “I have been a frequent customer at this Chinese takeaway for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with both the food and the service. Recently, I enjoyed the King Prawn and Mushrooms for dinner, which was absolutely delicious. Although parking can be tricky during busy times, I was able to find a spot right outside the restaurant without much hassle. Like many Chinese takeaways, they don’t accept card payments, but that’s not a problem since there’s a free cash machine in the Co-op store just down the block.”
