  “Have always used China Cottage in past which has been good. I received my order on this occasion but unfortunately was not even edible. I called China Cottage immediately with my concerns to be told maybe different chef tonight but no apologies and blunt confrontation. Will NOT be using again!!!!”

  “Waited 2 hours for delivery , the just eat app told me it had been delivered so I phoned to see where it was , to be shouted at by an extremely rude woman over the phone telling me its not even been cooked yet , even tho the app said its been delivered?? I was then told it would be another 30/45 minutes, I then received an email saying the delivery driver couldn't find my address so the order has been cancelled?!?! please understand why i was frustrated.....i understand its busy so change the delivery times on your app ...... terrible customer service!”

  “When I ordered, it came within the time told, loved the crab meat and sweetcorn soup ( and very filling!) Also ordered king prawns Hong Kong style with Large mushroom rice! Was told it can take a while due to cooking the food from scratch and availability of drivers. On the whole was VERY impressed and will order whenever I feel like a takeaway!👍👏👏👏👏👏”

  “It's a shame to rate them so low as the food has been fantastic in the past. The last two deliveries though have been absolutely shocking! Ordered online, the order was expected 50 minutes later. After 2 hours I rang the shop ro be told we are very busy. A further 30 minutes went by before delivery arrived.... No apology, no explanation and cold.”
