  “We had a lovely experience at Pizza Hut yesterday. Ben was so friendly, polite and attentive from the moment we arrived. He and another lovely member of staff even brought my daughter a little cake with a candle to celebrate her birthday, which was such a lovely touch! ❤️ All the staff were very nice and helpful too.   “I went out for a meal earlier today with a group of friends and I am very pleased to say that our experiences were absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was very welcoming, the service was great, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Leah! We would really love to come back there again and thank you so much to Leah and the team for their amazing hospitality and service!”

  “This was our first visit to this particular Pizza Hut in Northampton and we had such a lovely experience. From the moment we walked in, Ben made us feel welcome. He was friendly, polite, and always had a smile on his face. He checked in on us throughout our visit and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to get customer service this good these days, and Ben genuinely made our visit enjoyable. He is a real credit to the team. We’ve been to a few Pizza Hut restaurants before, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Thank you, Ben, for making our visit so pleasant! 😃”

  “My daughter is dairy free, so we were really pleased to see that there were good vegan options available, including the vegan cheese pizza and the plant-based cheesecake.   “We came on a Monday evening to celebrate my autistic son’s 14th birthday. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean. The food arrived quickly after ordering, was piping hot and delicious. Ben was super helpful when it came to order the food and ensured I got the best deal with my order. After our pizza, Ben brought my son a dessert with a candle in to celebrate his birthday, which made his evening. Was very sweet and thoughtful. We’ll definitely be returning.”

  “Thank God there is still a Pizza Hut restaurant open near me! This was amazing, so clean and exceptional service from Lucy - an asset to Pizza Hut. As an ex-Hut employee, I could never make the salad bar look that good. I had a really nostalgic hit of my favourite treat as a child - thank you for keeping the dream alive.”

  “A great experience was had celebrating my eldests birthday. From the pleasant and informative greeting by the manager, to the service by the chef and waiting staff. I would suitablt recommend celebrating with your children here. If only to meet Captain Pizza!”
