  “We visited today for a birthday celebration! The restaurant was quiet when we arrived but not for long! Great happy guest atmosphere and Phillip our server was awesome! He was attentive, polite, and had a great SOH! The food was tip top and it was so nice to get a birthday surprise! Thanks Miller&Carter!”

  “Amazing food and an even better experience! The steak was cooked perfectly and everything we ordered was delicious. A huge thank you to our waitress, Davina, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Her excellent service really made our evening special. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this steakhouse!”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another fantastic visit to Miller & Carter Northampton. A special mention has to go to our waiter, Michael, who was polite, prompt and professional throughout. He struck the perfect balance of being attentive without being intrusive, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We both chose the lunch special menu and couldn't fault a thing. We started with two portions of calamari, followed by a perfectly cooked 10oz ribeye with peppercorn sauce, and the chicken Milanese. On the side we had the mac and cheese, garlic mushrooms and the famous onion loaf, all of which were delicious. Great food, excellent service and a really enjoyable lunch. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!”

  “I have been here twice now and every time I've come the food has been incredible and the staff have also been excellent, especially Michael. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice atmosphere.”

  “Had a lovely meal here we arrived at around 2-3pm on a Saturday was lovely and quiet, although sadly they were making sure to sit people next to each other (I'm guessing to save staff walking around the restaurant) which I understand but when it's that quiet it would be nice not to be sat down immediately next to others. We had a couple sat next to us talking very loudly and clearing her sinuses repeatedly, it ruined our experience we know it's not the restaurants fault but perhaps spreading people out a little would make a big difference to the experience. The food was lovely and a great price, the service was fine and lovely staff.”

  “Just back from a great birthday lunch. This is a beautiful restaurant with lovely decor. The food was amazing. We were served by Phillip who has a great personality and charm. He is a great addition to the restaurant. Will be back. Abby & Jan”

  “Absolutely gutted! This used to be our favourite place to eat- the last time we went we were really disappointed but put it down to being busy.. we then didn’t go for about 8 months and oh my god my birthday meal was terrible. We waited for an hour for our food and when it came it was stone cold and like rubber- our 2 boys ate there’s because they were so hungry but our lobster looked like it would make you ill if you ate it so we asked them to change it, to then wait another 40 mins while the boys sat there and had to watch us eat after - it just ruined everything … they took £30 off the kids dinner (they have fillet steak adult meal) and nothing to compensate us so the bill was still £199. Awful customer service and awful food, I don’t know what has gone wrong but it needs to go back to how it used to be when the staff cared about food quality and customer service. I think you can even tell by a photo that the food was cold.. the un melted butter and lobster looks like rubber 🤢”

  “My wife and I had Warren as our server last week and he was fantastic! We were celebrating a birthday and Warren was exceptionally attentive and kind. We regularly visit M&C but the food was the absolute best on our visit… steaks cooked to perfection! I ordered a dessert but my wife wasn’t going to order one. Warren organised for a free dessert for her birthday which made it that extra big special. Thank you so much, Warren… and all the team at Northampton M&C!”

  “Me and my partner had Kaira as our waitress this evening and she was absolutely wonderful! Was very polite and kind and really friendly! Thank you 🙂 One of the staff also noticed I was cold when I walked in and she put the heater on facing our table which was really nice of her to do! Food was lovely! Thank you so much guys x”
