  “Ordered via uber, said 15 minutes for delivery. Four hours passed no delivery turned up. During this time I tried calling multiple times with no answer. They marked as delivered despite not actually doing so and I can’t get a refund”

  “Avoid this place !!! First instead 18 inch pizza we getting 12 inch but double okay but pizza taste is awful disgusting 🤮 taste like worst dough and toppings is like cheapest crap ever. Guys don’t if this place was only one in the earth 🌍 then I would prefer starving for ever. Don’t even try this cheap food. And the price is expensive too much. Never again. I have trowed my money to bin”

  “If i could rate lower i would. My burger meat was dripping in oil and grease so bad that my burger bun completely fell apart as soon as i picked it up getting salad all over me and it also had cucumber in a burger 🤮and the chips were dry and stale and came with some misterious bright red chicken i did not order”

  “Absolutely terrible experience at King Kebab on Wellingborough Road, Northampton. I ordered a very basic pepperoni pizza with jalapeños. After waiting 20 minutes (and it wasn’t even busy), they gave me a pizza with just pepperoni – completely wrong order. When I pointed it out, the staff were rude and had zero accountability. Instead of remaking it properly, they literally grabbed jalapeños from a jar, deep-fried them in the chip fryer, and dumped them on top of the pizza. Who does that? Completely unacceptable. I explained I wanted the jalapeños cooked properly in the oven on the pizza, not oily and fried. The response? More attitude. I was told I’d have to wait again, and one of the staff was clearly swearing/muttering under his breath in his own language. On top of that, they were just standing around on their phones, not paying attention, despite the place being quiet. Poor service, poor hygiene standards, and zero respect for customers. I will not be coming back – avoid this place”

  “I try to place an order on the phone and I could not hear the person properly I told him that and he got upset with me on the phone so I told him I want to speak to the manager because I know the person I’ve been ordering from there for more than 15 years, I am very disappointed with the person on the phone he would not give me his name so I will not order from there no more and also many times the food was not all that, but because I know this person and the place I tried to give support, but I will not be doing that no more. Because of stupid people on the phone, who disrespect customers Not impressed at all”

  “Today is the 3rd time this takeaway has messed up my order. A few weeks ago I have ordered a shwarma and chips with salad and garlic mayo. I received a dry shwarma and chips with no salad or sauce. Today I have ordered friend chicken, a bottle of Tango and I called them and repeated myself over an over again that I want salad and garlic mayo and extra chilli peppers. I was told that they had no friend chicken at this tike so a replacement was added, however when my order came. I did not receive my bottle of Tango nor did I receive salad and sauce on my kebab and chipslet alone the peppers After specifically calling them to confirm this is what I wanted. I tried to call and get this resolved but they are now not answering the phone. £71 and you forget my bottle of drink that I paid for? After spending this much at your takeaway id expect a free bottle of drink to come with my order but you forget the one I paid for 🤦‍♀️ on top of forgetting my salad and sauce that I specifically went out of my way to call you for after putting notes in the system too! Lovely pizza too”

  “if i could give it 0 reviews i would. the chips were nice however the chicken is not cooked. disgusting and slimey. i called them to tell them and the man on the phone said that there is nothing they can do about. great customer service isn’t it 👍🏼. also ordered two drinks and only received one .”
