“I ordered a takeaway from here for the first time and honestly, I was really happy with everything. The food arrived fresh and hot, and every dish was full of flavour. The curry was especially delicious, and the portions were really good too. The service was friendly and the whole experience was easy from ordering to receiving the food. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their food and customers. Definitely enjoyed my meal and I’ll be ordering from here again. Highly recommended! 😋🍛”

“Terrible service. Have been a loyal customer of Hatti for a number of years. Regularly ordering for delivery at my last property and current. A few weeks back my partner was away, so rather than order online and pay extortionate delivery fees just for myself and a curry/rice, I placed the order over the phone and collected. This was after a 12 hr shift in work - tired and hungry. Upon arriving home, dishing up my food & taking the first taste of the curry (Chicken Tikka Saag - Madras hot) I noticed that there was no spice to it at all - and just not nice, by what I like atleast. Another taste, and there definitely wasn't something right. I called the restaurant and spoke with a gentleman over the phone. He went and checked with the chef, then came back and confirmed the chef had forgotten to add the spice to the curry. He wanted me to return to the restaurant for a replacement. I explained it was late, I was tired and didn't want to do that. I explained we normally order delivery and I'd be happy to have the replacement the next time we order. He said that was fine and would make a note. I did not eat the curry - I picked a couple of bits of chicken out of it and ate the poppadoms and chutneys I had ordered. Fast forward to today, I called to place an order/confirm that the 'free' replacement could be included with our order. The response I got was 'if you order, I'll make sure the madras is added to the curry'. I explained that the agreement was a replacement as discussed with his colleague on the evening this had taken place. I was told 'that wasn't me' and that there was no note so we wouldn't get the replacement food, in lieu of their error. Safe to say, despite the food we have enjoyed for so long both in the restaurant and by delivery, I won't be returning to Hatti. You've lost a very loyal customer.”

“One of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. The food arrived hot but had absolutely no taste whatsoever. The chicken was dry and tough. But the absolute worst thing about it was the kebab cocktail. The sauce was just plain cream. No spice, nothing, just cream. Would not order again.”

“My uncle and I recently visited Hati Indian Restaurant. The curry I ordered was lovely, full of flavour and very enjoyable. Unfortunately, my uncle had a very different experience. He ate the chicken tikka with boiled rice and later became extremely unwell. He suffered with severe sickness and illness for six days and ended up having to see his GP. While we cannot say with certainty what caused it, the timing was very concerning. It’s disappointing because the food itself tasted good, but after what happened to my uncle, I felt it was important to share our experience. I hope the restaurant takes food safety seriously and investigates any potential issues. We visited on the 5.06.2026 table booked 18.30 large table was a birthday party.”

“"I visited Hatti for a meal recently and was really impressed. The food is full of flavour, with rich and authentic spices. I had the chicken tikka masala and the garlic naan – both were absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were generous. The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a reliable Indian restaurant with great food and reasonable prices, this is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back!"”
