  “I’ve been a loyal customer at Icestone Gelato for years and have always loved the experience — until now. I ordered an OG hot dog, which should come with mustard and ketchup, but it arrived with only a tiny smear of ketchup. My mocha, usually served beautifully in a proper cup with a napkin and spoon, was handed to me in a paper takeaway cup with no flavor, no sugar, and no napkin. There were several other mistakes as well. Previously, when we finished and had empty plates, the staff would always ask if they could take them away. This time, with lots of dishes on the table and almost no space, no one asked if they could clear anything. What once felt like a luxurious, carefully prepared restaurant now feels more like a rushed takeaway. Truly disappointing. That said, the desserts we ordered were excellent — both delicious and beautifully presented.”

  “Warning very soggy food!! Left it on table for 5 minutes made a horrible mess even with the thick box. The crepe size is decent on the other hand.”

  “Very friendly and courteous staff, they cleaned our chosen table immediately. Lots of choice of desserts, hard to choose! Very generous portions and more than fair prices for the quantity. Clean, non-noisy and served with all amenities. Super recommended!”

  “Ice cream Sundays were very good.... It took 30mins for them to make ours however... The biggest issue was that the toilet had no running water for washing your hands?!? Yuck.”

  “I had the banana and Carmel pancakes I added extra strawberries and nuts but it's nice even with out it the pancakes where cooked well light and soft had the milk cake was really nice service is good deco is good nice place staff are helpfull”

  “I have visited this Icestone Gelato a few times. I love how extensive the menu is, there are so many things to choose from. The atmosphere is always nice and the seats are comfortable. Parking isn’t ideal but it’s close to a bus stop so easy to get to from town. The desserts are always delicious and I cannot fault them. The milkshakes are my favourite part, they are the perfect consistency. I would definitely recommend this Icestone Gelato.”

  “Waffle way too small doesn’t deserve to try another time. We loved this waffle since 2019 it was a different size than now and more delicious, but I bought one now want home didn’t even touched it and it was WAY TOO SMALL. Asked for return they couldn’t resturn. It’s not about the money but the size should bigger.”

  “Lots of nice things to choose from. However donuts are heated in microwave so we took back because soggy. Had waffles instead along with an assortment of other things. Prices ok.”

  “I'll just leave my opinion just in case they come here to see reviews. I've been there twice, once I've tried cookie dough and the other time a waffle, a cookie dough, a cheesecake and a Crep I'll leave pics below. The best things there were ice creams. I am sure they can do better. we came as soon as they got open. There were fewer staff, not as many as in busy hours. Mostly, it is around 25 mins untill the order comes to your table. So from what we had; cookie dough was ordinary, not bad, but not that good as well, but we liked it and enjoyed, The waffle was a bit burnt, but hey, it happens, and it wasn't burnt too much but just a little (?) Crepe was a bit undercooked or maybe this is how it is supposed to taste like I don't know, that was my first time. I felt that it was a bit raw, a bit doughy. However, surely it was quite blunt, so they need to improve that. Like without the chocolate syrup (sauce) the crepe itself was tasteless (maybe I just expected it to be more flavourful) The ice-cream were really nice, The cheesecake was good. Customer service needs to be improved. Just to mention here, because people are so different you cannot reach the perfect level of customer service and you cannot deliver good CS to each and every customer, some will like it some won't, so it needs to be improving all the time. I will go there again of course when I feel like eating desserts, because it is in Fenham area, the place is clean and desserts are good, but won't go there when I am time limited or want high end customer service”

  “A good selection of desserts, prices are okay, portion sizes are reasonable. Unfortunately on the day we visited the cookie dough machine was broken so we settled for waffles and other desserts. Staff were very accommodating as we had a large group they moved tables together to seat us all together and they informed us as we came in that the cookie dough machine was out of order. Very clean and good decor and seats were comfortable. Waffles were a little under cooked as per my liking which is why I dropped a star. Plenty of parking locally as well.”
