  “people on counter are rude,food had almost no taste,ordered chicken legs,chicken kebab,and some shaming. Chicken legs were half prepaid and then putin in micro to get ready it was stinking,other food was just compromise.”

  “I came from Bradford to do some shopping and me and my mum decided to stop here for food. We ordered a chicken tikka with naan and a chicken karahi. The chicken Karahi was not all that very oily. The tikka was nice. The service from Ebraheem was awful don’t work somewhere you don’t like the man had an awful attitude. My mum wanted a mix box of mithai chosen at her own accord. He instead ignored her put his own random choice in then packed up the box. When questioned about it his response was “The other is more expensive.” I never said I was on a budget. I told him to take it out and put in what my mum wants and he said fine. Even then he kept ignoring her and I had to keep telling him like as if i’m explaining to a little kid. Won’t ever be coming back here.”

  “Used to be good. Seems like they make prices up now. And the guy kept saying to me shops getting busy hurry up. Im clearly buying many items and will pay not like im getting it free. Get more staff then if its busy. Ive come from out of town so there must be a reason im saying i want different items and this could take time.”

  “I honestly wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Mansha Sweet nelson was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The shop looked untidy, the display didn’t feel fresh, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. Customer service made the situation even worse. The staff seemed uninterested, impatient, and acted like serving customers was a burden. Simple questions were met with short, dismissive answers and zero enthusiasm. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are far better sweet shops out there that actually care about quality and customers.”

  “I’m very disappointed with my experience at Mansha Sweet Centre, Nelson. I bought chicken roast legs and chicken pakora, and both items were off and had a bad, old smell. It was clearly not fresh and not safe to eat. I returned the food immediately, but instead of a full refund, they only gave me half of the money back, even though the food was completely inedible. This is unacceptable customer service and very concerning when it comes to food hygiene. I would not recommend buying cooked food from here unless quality and freshness improve and customers are treated fairly.”

  “Very disappointing experience at Mansha Sweets Nelson . The person behind the counter was not serving customers according to the queue and was randomly taking orders, completely ignoring people who were waiting their turn. When I politely raised this issue, instead of correcting the mistake, he responded rudely and showed a very unprofessional attitude. Customer service was poor and the staff member appeared untrained and unwilling to listen to feedback. A place that serves the public should at least maintain basic courtesy and fairness. This experience has seriously affected my impression of Mansha Sweets and I hope management takes staff behaviour and training more seriously.”

  “Fresh bread, friendly faces.. And that was before I started browsing through all those beautiful sweets! Everything was made to order and well worth the wait, the portions are incredibly generous. The little bread machine added to the magic, the thigh meat in the pakoras was distinctive compared to other places and I've been full for hours! I was well-fed and grateful for the guidance (and samples) on the sweets!”

  “One of the best places in Nelson to eat. Family friendly and stomach heavenly. The food here is absolutely delicious. I love the chicken pakoras here and the samosas. The staff are very friendly and helpful and very hard working. There is indoor seating. This place is clean and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend 10/10”
