  “What an amazing meal! We came in for lunch and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We started with the sigara borek and garlic prawns, and both were absolutely delicious! For our mains, we had the Adana shish and the chicken cutlet, and they were both so tasty!! The portions were generous, everything was fresh and beautifully flavoured and presented. Great service as well, in fact we enjoyed it so much that before we even left, we booked a table to come back tomorrow at 7pm! Can’t wait!”

  “I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Both the food and drinks were below standard, which was frustrating enough on its own. We brought this to the attention of the staff, and while the issue was passed along, the way it was handled made things worse. The manager was visible from our table, reacting in what looked like frustration—flailing their arms in the kitchen area—before hastily packing the food into a takeaway container. This was then sent out to us via the waitress, without any direct communication or attempt to address the situation properly. What stood out most was the lack of accountability. The manager did not come over to speak with us or acknowledge our concerns at any point. Despite the clear issues with both food and service, we were still charged the full bill without any adjustment or apology. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and poorly managed. A simple conversation or gesture of goodwill could have made a big difference, but unfortunately that didn’t happen.”
