“The order was accepted through the website but didn't arrive. I called the store about 90 minutes later and they said there was a glitch in the system and that they couldn't see the contents of my order. They told me I had to cancel the order on my end to get my money back but from what I can gather, this is impossible since the order was accepted. I will attempt to get a refund in person tomorrow. This is the first and last time ordering from Culzean Palace.”
