“A report for Autists with a sound sensitivity. Avoid this place at all costs. High ceilings and metallic stuff everywhere makes this place unbearable unless it is nearly empty. Horrible experience. The coffee was ok, but nothing amazing.”

“Stopped off in Marlborough for a coffee as I had enjoyed my last visit a month or so ago. Service okay. I had a Skinny flat white, with an extra shot. Pain au Raisin. Coffee was nice, surprisingly weak. Overly milky. Tasted like a normal shot and whole milk. Pain au Raisin was over cooked, falling apart and Bitter taste from burnt sugar. Disappointing.”

“Asked for cappuccinos and both were made like latte’s. I specifically asked for them to be on the dry side and frothy. I rejected them and the person serving asked someone else to remake them. Again they were not cappuccinos. Barista’s need proper training to perfect a cappuccinos especially as you are paying £4.15 for each one. We regularly go to Lightbulb coffee shop in Swindon where the owner roasts his own coffee from beans and makes the perfect cappuccino. He was properly trained and his coffee shop is used extensively throughout the day. I do suggest more training for your staff. The coffee shop itself is clean and atmosphere is great hence why we visit Marlborough every month and pop in for coffee and cakes which are actually very tasty”
