Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often single out the Korean fried chicken pancakes, with one saying the portion is bigger than your head, and another names the Korean fried chicken bagel. Close behind is the full English, praised for quality ingredients, piping hot plates and well seasoned mushrooms. Waffles, avocado on toast, lattes and the coffee also draw praise. Several describe generous portions and friendly, welcoming staff. Busy peak times mean a wait for food, though reviewers say they were told about it beforehand. The one critical review, from a Friday evening visit, liked the DJ and the atmosphere but describes bar staff barely acknowledging a complaint after half a glass of wine was cleared from the table, and felt the drink prices called for a better response. Elsewhere, when an order arrived wrong, one diner says the team did everything to put it right.

“I visited on a Friday evening for a few drinks. The DJ was good and created a good atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the staff. I was out with my husband and, while I went to the toilet, I left around half a medium glass of wine on the table. When I returned, it had been taken away without my husband noticing. I mentioned this to the staff at the bar, but they didn’t seem particularly concerned and barely acknowledged what I was saying. I didn’t mind paying for another drink, but I would have expected a better response, especially considering the price of the drinks here. It’s a shame because the DJ and atmosphere were good, but the attitude of the staff has put me off returning. I hope management can take this feedback on board and provide the team with some guidance on customer service and how to make paying customers feel welcome.”
