  “Ordered chicken burger and 6 piece family bucket, chicken burger was more bread than chicken fried chicken was poor, the chicken didn't smell great and the batter was like crushed cardboard and rock hard. There was black hair in the chicken batter I took it back to the counter and he bullshitted me saying it was chicken hair. Terrible food,”

  “Ordered both chicken sandwich and fried chicken. I am okay with salty food but not x2 x3 times salt. everything was too salty, flavour was good quality of chicken was good. But the salt level was too high in fried chicken, I literally got dehydrated last night and didn’t had sleep. Had tummy issues too, won’t be ordering anymore. The recent reviews shows your level and hygiene standards.!!”

  “Absolutely terrible experience. This is honestly one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever ordered from. The food is never delivered on time — in fact, they often don’t even bother answering calls. The staff is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. What’s even worse is that they mark the order as “delivered” in the system just to avoid complaints, while in reality, the food shows up 3–4 hours later. Completely unacceptable. The quality of the food is just as bad — very poor and not worth the money at all. The staff doesn’t care, doesn’t pick up calls, and clearly has no respect for customers. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. A truly awful experience.”

  “This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. When I went to place an order at Crispy Fried Chicken in Cheetham Hill, New York, the person working the counter was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. His tone was unacceptable, and he clearly lacks even basic customer service skills. Customers should never be spoken to in such a manner. There was no provocation or reason for the attitude I received. Instead of being attentive or professional, he behaved as if serving customers was an inconvenience. This reflects very poorly on management. Allowing staff to treat paying customers this way shows a complete lack of standards. Regardless of the food, no one should be treated with disrespect. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects professional service. The customer service was not even zero — it was below zero!”

  “Honestly quite disappointed. I was very excited to try this after the reopening, and I was completely let down. I came into the branch at around 22:30 on Friday the 5th of December and ordered a Nashville Burger. As soon as I opened the box, I found a black hair inside the box. Seeing this, the hygiene levels shocked me and I couldn't even touch it. Money wasted, and hope down the drain. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend if you care about cleanliness.”

  “I have usually found their food to be of much better quality, which is why I chose to order again yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience this time was very disappointing. The food I received was not up to the usual standard, and despite specifically requesting it to be spicy, it was completely lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, my burger came with cheese even though I had not asked for it, and I genuinely dislike cheese. On top of that, I ordered a 10-inch pizza, but what arrived looked no bigger than 5 inches — nowhere near the size I paid for. When I called the restaurant to raise my concern, the manager simply refused to acknowledge the issue and hung up my call, which was even more frustrating. And the pizza base as you can see in the picture below was all burn out even worst to eat. Hardly had 1,2 bites. Overall, there was no value for money in what I received yesterday, and it fell far short of expectations.”

  “Absolutely dreadful service and equally dreadful food. Ordered a “supreme meal” and was given a burger with the buns completely burnt. I asked the chap to change it, only to be told, “well it’s just well done.” The replacement burger was somehow even more burnt than the first one. Brilliant. Now my mouth tastes like charcoal. And mind you the picture I’m attaching is of the second burger here!”

  “I regularly order from this place however I've noticed that the service seems to decrease in quality. At first I was given the wrong sauce, no big deal. I just called the next time and was given an attitude. I ordered some wings only to find a small blood clot, I started to check the other wings only to realise that they were undercooked.”
