A new addition to the vegan section of the menu and already a firm favourite amongst the team. Oyster mushrooms (the meatiest of mushrooms) cooked in our house shawarma mix and signature Maray chilli crunch with fermented tofu, served with tzatziki and crispy kale. A must try.
