  “My experience at this nightclub was average overall. While the venue was clean and reasonably maintained, there were several aspects that affected my enjoyment of the evening. The club was not very busy, which resulted in a lack of atmosphere and energy. Additionally, there was no dedicated dance floor, and the available space felt limited due to the placement of chairs and other furniture throughout the venue. This made it difficult to move around comfortably or enjoy dancing. Although the club was satisfactory in some respects, the layout and atmosphere did not meet my expectations, and I would be unlikely to return.”

  “There was an event on downstairs but it seemed a bit impersonal and a lack of seating. People / staff kept closing the fire exit doors to the outside smoking area even though they were initially open for an event with lots of people outside too. Felt off-putting and a bit unwelcoming”

  “The experience was terrible. I bought a ticket online for 8 pounds, read everything, and it was all in order. The ticket said I had to enter before 11:30. I arrived at 11, and it was windy and cold outside. Oddly enough, they asked me if everything was okay at the entrance. I asked and said yes, and I had a ticket, to which they asked, "Where are your friends?" A strange question... I said they'd come later, I don't know exactly when, to which they told me, "That means you can't enter." I was very surprised and asked sternly why, to which they immediately began to respond rudely. People with headphones in their ears, dressed in civilian clothes, approached me and surrounded me. I thought, "Very interesting!" So, they started raising their voices as I understood that I wasn't allowed alone. I was well dressed, completely sober, and calm.So I couldn't understand why they were talking to me like that; it all seemed so strange! I've been to many countries and many clubs, including Manchester, but I've never seen anything like this. After another attempt and increasingly rude responses to avoid conflict, I had to leave without waiting for my colleagues because I was cold, and it's unacceptable to stand around at night with a purchased ticket and nobody knows who's joining me. Overall, the attitude was terrible; I've never seen anything like this before, and they act like they're a super club. There were no security checks, like a palace, and the crowd that came in was questionable, mostly schoolchildren. I wrote for a refund, but I don't think I'll get anything; it's a pretty bad place. The security guards are certainly funny...”

  “At first, I was genuinely satisfied with this club. The location is great, the music was good, the drinks are affordable and fairly priced, and the overall vibe was enjoyable. The people are friendly, and the security guards do their job properly, which makes the place feel safe and well-managed. However, after coming more regularly, the music started to feel very repetitive. It honestly sounds like the same playlist every time — same transitions, same tracks, same flow. Unfortunately, this made things start to feel boring and predictable. At one point, me and my friend actually stopped dancing and vibing and turned it into a game, trying to guess what the next song would be… and we got it right several times. That’s when we knew the playlist was a little too familiar. It would be great if they could refresh and diversify the music selection a bit more, maybe by switching up DJs, styles, or introducing new sounds, so the experience stays fresh and exciting. That would definitely make us not want to stop coming back and enjoying the place like we did at the beginning.”

  “We spent New Year’s Eve and honestly, the night was perfect from start to finish. Great venue, amazing atmosphere, very good music, and a super friendly and professional staff. Everything was on point. Without hesitation, the best nightclub in Manchester. Special mention to the team and the owner: one of my friends lost his puffer jacket during the night, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to check the cameras, search the club, and in the end they found it. We sent them an email afterwards, they replied quickly to let us know they had it and that we could come and pick it up. Genuinely great people and top-level service. Thank you again for the night - we’ll definitely be back.”

  “We celebrated New Year’s Eve at this nightclub, ARC, and everything went very well. The sound system was great, the crowd was good, and the atmosphere. I lost my jacket during the night, and the staff did everything they could to find it. They were very professional with the after-sales service, checking the security cameras and responding to emails. Honestly, a big thank you to all of them”

  “Went to Arc recently and just wanted to shout out Steve on the door. He was genuinely lovely from the moment we arrived really friendly, easy to talk to, and super helpful. He explained everything clearly and honestly just made us feel comfortable and safe straight away. You can tell he actually cares about people having a good night and does his job properly without being intimidating at all. He set such a good vibe for the night. Proper credit to the venue.”

  “We had a brilliant experience clubbing at this venue, covered in bright red lighting throughout the night! The additional tricks like smoke from the ceiling and dancers juggling fire were exciting, atmosphere was solid people are friendly here. Music was suited to the venue with many tunes played, counter is well presented and had a Desperados as part of my experience!”
