  “The place is extremley warm and welcoming..the staff are amazing, especially Connor and Pixie 😍.. However i witness some extremley inappropriate and intimidating behaviour of a group of girls towards a girl who was simply just having fun.. Bullying behaviour..To say its suppose to be an excepting and open safe place i was extremley suprised. The situation was resolved quickly by the staff, however i later found out the girl instigating the intimdating behaviour was a girlfriend of one of the staff. This should seriously not be allowed. Relationship issues and jealous behaviour is not expected, in swingers clubs.”

  “First time, very disappointed. Had to find our way around, some of the patrons tried to make us feel comfortable. All the rooms were cold except the sauna, we tried to go in and some perverts kept following us from room to room masturbating. We found another couple to play with, but the constant watching by passer bys was a total turn off. After spending several hours, unnecessary loud music , many patrons were leaving and we had to leave too. It felt like a complete let down, no intimacy at all, sex was more of a performance and not an experience. Though people suggested the Friday's and Saturdays might be better but don't think so. Won't consider going back.”

  “Disappointed. Visited this club last night as a couple. We found it too busy for us and the place was dirty. In our opinion it’s more of a nightclub and not a swingers club. Our first impression is that we won’t never be going back.”

  “This was my first time ever visiting a swingers club, and the experience was extremely disappointing. At the entrance, the lady at the window asked me, “What is consent?” Since it was my very first visit, I honestly said I did not know and expected a basic explanation from the staff. Instead of explaining or guiding me, she immediately rejected my entry in a very rude and dismissive manner. She showed no interest in listening when I tried to explain that I was new and willing to learn the rules. She refused to communicate and made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. While I fully understand that consent is a critical rule in such clubs, the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and unacceptable. Staff should be trained to educate first-time visitors, not humiliate or shut them down. This experience showed a complete lack of courtesy, professionalism, and respect.”

  “The absolute best in the northwest! Been coming to Cupids for 18 months now and it just gets better with every visit. Staff are friendly welcoming and attentive, the venue is always looking and smelling immaculate! And the customers are super friendly. Absolutely love this place”

  “The place is not the best and that's fine. They have quite a bit to improve on facilities and the quality of the playrooms they offer. I rated the place one 🌟 because of staff's lack of understanding when my wife's drink got spiked and she was feeling ill and couldn't walk. On Fri 21st March at the interracial event, whilst we were playing a bit of pool, we've put the drinks down for a bit and that's when her drink got spiked. An hour or so later, around midnight we were just about leave when my wife nearly fell over(luckily i was right next to her) felt like she was in a washing machine and lost the ability to stand or walk. Her pupils were very dilated. Luckily, there was a nurse in the changing room which picked up on it straight away(thank you N ❤️) and made us aware. She also gorgeous us some orange juice as it helps with these kind of things. We had some things with us so I left my wife with N whilst taking them to the car. I went to the bar and briefly explained what happened and that I wanted to take the orange juice with me as it helps. Bar staff just told me as a matter of fact that they can't let me take the plastic glass with me and that they haven't got a bottle 🤯🤦‍♂️. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, got angry and just left the stupid plastic glass as I needed to take my wife to the hospital. When I came back to pick my wife up from N, I had to literally carry my wife all the way to the car as she couldn't walk. The security guy did help by opening doors and walking in front of us when going down the deep steps. We spent hours in A&E to be seen and for test results. My wife's legs were convulsing involuntarily and she could not stand or walk. In the end she was fine, and the tests came back good. Horrible experience and I was expecting more support from the staff at Cupids 😔. Please be very careful when you go out; always keep your drink in front of you. There are some very ill people out there...”

  “We have been numerous times and had plenty of fun and a great time with other couples in attendance. The decor is amazing, the staff so friendly, lots of rooms to explore and 90% of the clientele are respectful and engaging. The cons are that the sheer number of SM generally non British who hound or congregate in the dungeon is so off putting spending any time there so remain upstairs or private rooms. We will always return as the SM are not enough to stay away but would love a couples and SF only night on a weekend at some point and not just a Wednesday. Entry price as a couple is reasonable and so are drinks. The price below is a mix of the 2.”

  “My regular go to place for fun and naughtiness! You can tell money has been spent in upgrading the private rooms and playing areas. The decor is AMAZING! Always feel safe there even when I'm in there on my own as a single girl as the staff and customers are always friendly and chatty. Weekend events get very busy and can be pretty wild (in a good way!) but I enjoy the weekdays just as much as you get chance to chat with people in a more chilled environment.”
