  “Breakfast was great with a splendid view. We originally came for the Sunday roast, but arrived too early. The roast is only available after 10:45am. However alls good with the good food, and great view, couldn’t ask for more. Staffs are great at what they are doing even when it got crowded!”

  “We had a wonderful dining experience at The Boathouse at Boulters Lock. For starters, I had the prawns, which were absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. For my main course, I chose the fish, and it was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. What really made our visit special was the exceptional service from Connie. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout the evening, making sure everything was perfect for us. Her warm and professional approach truly enhanced our experience. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding service. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal.”

  “Had an absolutely amazing meal for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. The food was perfect, and our server Dan was absolutely brilliant, checked up on us to make sure we enjoyed every part of our meal. We had a table by the river which was an absolutely stunning view as well!”

  “I am writing from the table here in the Boathouse having just had the most tasty Barnsley Chop followed by a superbly presented creme brulee. All very very tasty. The chef was kind enough to share how they were prepared! Simply superb. Lovely accommodating staff and first class service. Our 2nd visit this week and we will be back again for their Sunday dinner.”

  “Such a lovely place overlooking the Thames. We went for breakfast which was great. Even got a little pot of smarties You need to park in public car park but only a few minutes walk away. Right next to the entrance of Ray Mill Island which is a lovely park then you can walk along the Thames.”

  “Had a great meal at The Boathouse! They’ve got lots of delicious options — fresh fish, meat, and lamb, plus some really tasty veggie and plant-based dishes. We had a lovely soup, amazing gnocchi with spinach sauce, and a great veggie curry. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. Our waiter Dan was really friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!”
