“Met a friend for lunch. Whilst mine was served in good time, I waited 15 minutes for my friend's meal, by which time my food was cold. I ate alone and my friend finally gave up after another 20 minutes of waiting. Clearly her order was overlooked but only received a half hearted apology. Wouldn't bother going back.”
