About Fine Cut Steakhouse
Fine Cut Steakhouse is a Brazilian butchery and steak house at 51 Blue Anchor Lane in Bermondsey, London, where the meat is grilled over charcoal. The all-you-can-eat rodízio runs for 90 minutes, usually in two or three rounds of meat, with a larger or smaller selection depending on the option chosen. The meats arrive on shared plates at the table. An a la carte menu runs alongside the rodízio, and food is cooked to order. Garlic bread comes with a homemade garlic dip, and the drinks list includes caipirinhas, among them a caipirinha de açai. For birthdays, the staff sing with pandeiros and bring out Brazilian coconut cake.

Customer Review Summary
Diners most often come for the all-you-can-eat rodízio, praising the variety of meats and steaks described as perfectly cooked, fresh and made to order. Garlic bread is the standout side, mentioned repeatedly, with cassava chips and a homemade garlic dip also singled out, along with chimichurri and homemade lemonade. One reviewer calls the caipirinha de açai a proper caipirinha, and a shared Brigadeirão closed another meal. Staff are described as friendly and kind, and several reviewers call the value great. One large birthday group had a very different night: long waits for drinks, the first round of meat and the refills, a forgotten individual plate, a crowded table of shared platters and a very hot room. That reviewer found the meat meant to be medium rare came out well done, and was still charged for a plate staff had said would be free. Birthdays draw the warmest stories, including a coconut cake with candles and the whole team singing with pandeiros.

“Absolutely amazing experience celebrating my dad’s birthday 🎉🥩 The food was top quality, freshly cooked and made to order. I’ve lived in the UK for many years and it’s been hard to find a truly authentic Brazilian restaurant — my parents usually refuse to eat out because restaurants often disappoint, but this place completely exceeded our expectations 🙌 (my mum is a cook herself!). We chose the bottomless menu (90 minutes, usually 2–3 rounds) and I highly recommend it unless you’re not a big eater 😋 Great value for money and very reasonably priced for the quality and amount of food you get. Every dish came out hot, fresh and delicious. The cassava chips and garlic bread were to die for, and the homemade garlic dip was incredible 🤍 The staff were super attentive and friendly. When they found out it was my dad’s birthday, they surprised him with Brazilian coconut cake, candles, and the whole team singing with pandeiros 🥁🎶 — such a fun and special moment! We drove from Kent, and it was 100% worth it 🚗✨ Shout-out to Cristina and the host for taking such great care of us. Amazing food, service, and atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back! 🇧🇷❤️”

“This is my new favourite Brazilian restaurant in London. The food took me back home (Sunday lunch with my family). Friendly, helpful , and kind staff members. If you are not sure if you should go there, you must go there for the drinks. I recommend you try any caipirinha (they make a proper caipirinha) - in particular the caipirinha de açai.”
