Customer Review Summary
Bottomless brunch is the most frequent draw, with reviewers describing a cocktail arriving almost as soon as they sat down and servers keeping pace with the drinks, one calling it among the best they have had. Close behind are the named dishes: Carib steak, rum ribs, goat curry, Trini doubles, okra curry, a fish dish cooked perfectly, and sweet potato fries called the crispiest one diner has had. One reviewer highly recommends the Koko Kolada cocktail. Servers are repeatedly called friendly, quick and patient, and the decor and music earn praise. Seasoning splits opinion, with one finding the food a bit salty and another wanting more salt, and one says the bowls were small and shallow for the price. The sharpest complaint is from a lunch diner told after ordering that the lunch offer was weekday only; the doubles and sweetcorn fritters were taken away instead of offered as goodwill, and that reviewer calls the manager's handling dismissive and discriminatory. Another reviewer's food problem was fixed immediately, with a genuine apology.

“5 stars for the service alone, the food was alright but just a bit salty for my liking. Either way it is good. The waiters are amazing and so kind and the decorations are lovely.”

“We had been meaning to visit this place and when relatives were visiting , we thought why not today! We did not regret it! the place had a great vibe about it, i really liked the decor. The food menu is vast without being overwhelming. We ordered a bunch of items and each of them was savoured! The Carib steak was yummy and i have to say the sweet potato fries were the crispiest best i have had! My cousin really enjoyed his rum ribs! The goat curry , doubles, loaded fries, okra curry and desserts each was worthy of being ordered! We will surely be back here again! Skye was very warm, sweet & patient , despite the place seeming to be a little under-staffed service-wise. Thankyou Skye!:)”

“Turtle Bay Camden Town is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Tucked away on a quiet street just off Camden's busy main shopping area, it offers a peaceful and laid-back atmosphere. The unique Caribbean-inspired décor adds plenty of charm and character. The food was excellent, especially the fish dish, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The Happy Hour is also a great bonus, with excellent deals on drinks. A special mention goes to the creative artwork and decorations in the toilets—they're incredibly original and show a lot of imagination and artistic talent! If you're looking for a great place to unwind, enjoy good food, and escape the crowds of Camden for a while, Turtle Bay is an excellent choice. Highly recommended 👌‼️”

“We had a fantastic experience at Turtle Bay. The atmosphere was lovely, and having visited a few different Turtle Bay restaurants before, this one certainly lived up to expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the menu, which was really appreciated. We had a small issue with our food, but it was dealt with immediately and professionally. The team were genuinely apologetic and went above and beyond to make things right. A special thank you to Emi and Precious, who were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, attentive, and a real credit to the team. Their excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
